The magician shows five discs, fronts coloured, backs neutral silver. The discs are turned with the coloured side down and shuffled. The spectator chooses one of the discs, the magician does not know the colour! The discs are mixed up again by the spectator. Then all the discs are put into a tin with the coloured side down. Now a string is pulled through the tin and the discs. Thus all the discs and the tin are strung. After a magical gesture, the magician opens the tin.
Four discs are still on the string, only the disc freely chosen by the spectator has freed itself and falls out of the can! Immediately everything can be examined.
Please note: This trick was first brought to the market by us in 1994. Since then, countless copies have appeared.
The advantages of our version:
- The string is pulled through the can with the help of a brass tube and not with a pointed needle. This prevents the discs from being scratched and the trick looks like new for a long time!
